The street list is a guide, not confirmation of eligibility for an individual property. If you are unsure, contact the College before applying.

Official home-zone description

New zone – effective 20 July 2026

• Starting at the Pakuranga Creek the zone goes along the centre of Ti Rakau Drive, turning north into Botany Road (both sides included).
• It then travels along Tarnica Road (both sides included) and along the centre of Kilimanjaro Drive until joining Chapel Road. It continues along the centre of Chapel Road to the roundabout and turns into Whitford Road (both sides included).
• At the inlet the zone leaves Whitford Road and follows the coastline east until the point closest to where Whitford-Maraetai Road joins Henson Road. It then comes inland and follows the Whitford-Maraetai Road south, turning into Trig Road and then back into Whitford-Maraetai Road.
• At the intersection of Whitford Road and Whitford-Maraetai Road the zone travels down Whitford Park Road (both sides included until Saleyard Road). Head west across country to the northern boundary of the Gracechurch Reserve (excluding Sandstone Road and associated no exit roads and all of the Mission Heights estate).
• Continue west on Gracechurch Drive (Addresses 19 and above, 18 and above included), then south along Baverton Close and west into Cyril French Drive (Addresses 58–98 only included) before turning north along Middlefield Drive (Addresses 95 and below, 88 and below included).
• Turn west into Barcaldine Road (include Earlshall Drive, Dalcross Drive, Baltersan Drive) across Chapel Road (extending south to include addresses 319 and above, 410 and above) to the end of Premwood Road.
• Turn south down Wayne Francis Drive (Addresses 85 and below, 82 and below including Mordane Place), travel west into Walter Haddrell Crescent through Shingleton Lane to Te Irirangi Drive.
• Head north along Te Irirangi Drive to include East Tamaki Road as far as Accent Drive (excluded), Redcastle Drive (and associated side roads), Smales Road (Addresses 19 and above, 30 and above included and associated side roads).
• At the end of Kevin Hart Drive meet and follow the Pakuranga Creek back to the starting point.

All residential addresses on included sides of boundary roads and all no exit roads off included sides of boundary roads are included in the zone unless otherwise stated.
